Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order placed on includoshop.com, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing includoshop@gmail.com.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund using the original payment method.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 working days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Send an email to includoshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return the product unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 14 days from your withdrawal request.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is ours.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g. medical aids, personal-use items, or opened/damaged products) cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Any such exceptions will be clearly indicated in the product description.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days at includoshop@gmail.com.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
